Its owner, who is also its Master Aesthetician, leads the clinic's acne and corrective work.

The acne clinic runs a 12-week program that combines in-clinic treatments with a personalized home care routine, worked out one-on-one with the aesthetician. A new client's first visit is a one-hour consultation that includes a skin sensitivity test, a peel or enzyme treatment with extractions, and a home care prescription; new clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. First-time clients book the new client consultation rather than the established-client peel. Clients who have been away for more than six months book a restart visit, and past program clients have a separate restart. The business says its acne program has a 95% clear rate when home prescriptives are used twice daily; home products are recommended but not required.

Facial options range from the Signature HydraFacial to Deluxe and Platinum versions, which add a personalized serum and red light therapy or lymphatic drainage. HydraZyme combines a Signature HydraFacial with DMK Enzyme Therapy in a two-hour visit, and the Keravive scalp treatment uses light suction, exfoliation, growth factors and peptides, with a daily take-home peptide spray. Other options include GLO2 Geneo ultrasound facials, Circadia facials, microcurrent, microneedling, ProCell Microchanneling, Jet Plasma, CryoFacial and ThermoLo. LED red and infrared light therapy is included at no charge with every treatment.

DMK enzyme and peel services are offered at the clinic, including a lunchtime peel and a 10-day Remodeling Procedure that requires at least one DMK Enzyme Therapy first and is booked by phone. Permanent makeup covers brows, microblading, eyeliner, lips and areola reconstruction, and is performed by an artist trained in Europe; it is not performed on pregnant or lactating clients. Scalp micropigmentation is quoted after a photo or in-person consultation and cannot be booked online. Aesthetic appointments need 48 business hours' notice to cancel or change, permanent makeup needs 72, and a credit card on file holds each booking.
