Skin Spa was founded in 2013 by Casey Lee, who leads the team as lead esthetician and mentors the other estheticians. The team is organized into Esthetician, Senior Esthetician and Lead Esthetician levels, and prices depend on the esthetician a guest chooses, so the same facial can cost differently from one provider to another.

A first visit starts with a conversation about skin concerns, goals and the current routine. Guests are asked to complete intake forms beforehand and to avoid retinol, tretinoin, exfoliants and other strong actives for at least three days before arriving. Facials are adjusted to each guest's skin, and the esthetician explains the products and habits involved. Before leaving, guests receive a personal plan covering treatments, timing and homecare. Guests can pick a scent at the aromatherapy bar, which is blended into the hand and arm massage lotion used during the facial.

The menu is built around several signature options. The three 12-week Sprints combine treatments, homecare and follow-up adjustments, with a kickoff assessment to choose the right one. GLO2 facials use a patented Oxfoliation technique along with ultrasound infusion and lymphatic massage. The Repêchage Seaweed Facial layers hydrating serums, a cream, a seaweed mask and a self-heating mask, and the salon describes it as a favorite. Dermaplaning is described by the salon as its specialty, and the menu includes a dermaplane facial with a customized chemical peel.

Payment is taken at checkout and can be made with a major credit or debit card or another accepted electronic method; personal checks are not accepted. Checkout includes a 3% service fee, which is separate from any tax. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge of half the service price, and a no-show is charged the full price. Services cannot be refunded, but guests may raise a concern within seven days of their visit. Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 14 days. Through the referral program, a new guest receives $50 off a first visit, and the guest who referred them receives a $50 credit once that visit is complete. Guests are asked to arrive five to ten minutes ahead of their appointment and to check in at the front desk. Free parking is available directly in front of the spa.

Estheticians help each client understand what their skin needs and why, then build a plan around their goals, with every facial customized to that guest's skin.

Guests can choose a scent at an aromatherapy bar, and coffee, tea or water is offered while they wait.
