Facials are customized rather than chosen from a fixed menu. The Skin & Soul Signature Facial is a 90-minute visit that covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, microcurrent, LED light, ampule infusion and oxygen infusion, priced at $265. Customized Holistic Facials are assembled from Éminence Organic Skin Care products and combined with other modalities and massage. They aim to support clean, healthy skin, better circulation, eased muscle tension, lymphatic drainage and hydration, and cost $140 for 60 minutes or $190 for 90 minutes.

The facial menu includes Osmosis Facial Infusion at $225, Microcurrent Facial Lifting at $150, a Gua Sha Facial at $150 and Microneedling at $250. According to the salon, its peels use organic formulas built from natural ingredients, fruit acids and enzymes, and the salon describes them as non-inflammatory. A single peel costs $80, and a series of four costs $300. Microcurrent (20 minutes, $55), LED Therapy (15 minutes, $35) and Reiki Healing ($40 for 15 minutes or $75 for 30 minutes) are optional extras that can be added to any facial.

To prepare for a facial, clients are asked to avoid aggressive exfoliants, peels, AHAs, retinols and vitamin A derivatives for seven days before and after, and to avoid direct sun, saunas, hot tubs and hard exercise for 24 hours afterward. Clients may arrive with or without makeup, which is removed during the cleanse. The studio recommends monthly facials and booking the next appointment after each service. Gift certificates are available. Covered parking is behind the building, reached from State Street by one of two driveways, and free public parking is at the Lake View Village Parking Garage at 385 1st St., across State Street.

Treatments and products are designed to be non-inflammatory, sustainable and nurturing, and every service is customized rather than one-size-fits-all.
