New clients can start with a complimentary 25-minute consultation, in person or virtually, to talk through skin type, concerns, current routine and goals before any treatment is recommended. Treatments are adapted to each client, and clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and a list of the products they use or photos of them. The studio is open Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday, operates by appointment only and does not accept walk-ins. Appointments can be booked online at any time, or by phone or text at 480-331-9756. For most skin types, facials are recommended every four to six weeks.

Acne care is a major focus. Acne Bootcamp is described as a structured 12-week program with an initial consultation, a custom home-care routine using acne-safe products, lifestyle guidance, and in-person treatments every two weeks, with progress monitored along the way.
