A visit usually begins with a complimentary skincare consultation, which can be booked by phone or email, and online booking is also available. Every facial and body treatment is customized to the client's skin. Medi-Facials include a facial along with neck, décolleté and hand massage, and the menu includes options aimed at acne, rosacea, teens and men.

Enzyme peels are CosMedix peels described as Chirally Corrected. Each includes a skin evaluation and post-peel instructions, and neck and décolleté can be added for an extra charge. Peels can be bought as a package: pay for five treatments in advance and the sixth is half price.
