The studio takes a whole-person view of skin. Nikki considers outside influences on the skin as well as internal ones such as gut health, and she spends time showing clients how to build an at-home routine that suits them. Each treatment is adjusted to the concerns and goals a client brings in.

Among the signature offerings is the Signature Session, a customized facial with a double cleanse, steam, exfoliation, lymphatic facial massage, decollete and scalp massage, and red light therapy. The Signature Hydrafacial uses a medical-grade device that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates with a vacuum and serums containing antioxidants and peptides. The Salmon PDRN Session is a 60-minute clinical treatment with no extractions and no steam, using polynucleotides from salmon DNA for regeneration and collagen support; the studio recommends a series of three and advises avoiding certain actives such as vitamin C and glycolic, lactic and salicylic acids for two weeks beforehand.

Lymphatic work is a strong thread through the menu. The Lymphatic Detox is an 80-minute drainage massage aimed at water retention and puffiness, and the Lymphatic Facial/Massage Duo pairs a facial with a full body lymphatic massage. The Signature Face and Body Ritual runs 105 minutes and combines a full body lymphatic detox with a Sculpt and Boost facial, including a needle-free collagen skin booster, red light therapy, serums and a hydrating mask.

Booking terms are set out in advance. Most services take a $50 deposit at booking for new clients, future appointments require prepayment for the session, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment carry a $100 fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
