The studio builds its facials around the individual rather than offering one standard treatment. It describes its approach as combining science-backed methods with a client-centered visit, and says its facials are meant to address acne, hyperpigmentation, aging and sensitive skin.

The Bespoke facials come in 45, 75 and 90 minute versions. The 45 minute option includes a skin analysis, a double cleanse, custom exfoliation, LED, oxygen with a booster, and a shoulder and foot massage, without extractions. The 75 minute version adds a detoxifying mask and detailed manual extractions, and the 90 minute version adds a customized HydraFacial with specialty boosters and full oxygen therapy. Other options include a 45 minute HydraFacial, a 90 minute Spicule Skin Rejuvenation facial that uses a white spicule delivery system, and a Bespoke Junior facial for guests under 18, which focuses on blackheads, closed comedones and pustules and requires a parent or guardian consent form.

The acne correction series uses photodynamic therapy, which pairs LED light with a topical gel containing salicylic acid and other ingredients. A series of eight or ten treatments is recommended, with a consultation required before buying one. The first visit is a full facial with extractions, and later sessions are 30 minute photodynamic therapy appointments.

Waxing covers the face and body for women and men, using hard wax for sensitive areas and soft wax for larger ones. The studio uses premium French and Italian waxes, disposable supplies, a no double-dipping rule, and disinfection according to California State Board regulations. Clients must disclose current and recent medications, and some medications, such as recent Accutane or retinoid use, prevent certain waxing.

Facials and waxing are offered Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 to 6:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00. Monday and Tuesday are by appointment only and carry an extra $45 service fee. A valid credit card or gift card holds an appointment, cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows and cancellations within 5 hours are charged in full. New clients fill out an intake form and should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Gratuities are not included and are left to the guest's discretion.
