The facial menu runs from the Refresh and Revive treatments through the Reverse anti-aging facial to signature facials with names such as Customized, Rescue Me, Autumn Glow and Glam, and The Everything Facial. Peels are organized into three levels by downtime, from no-downtime enzyme and fruit options to deeper cocktail peels that need about two weeks of home prep and roughly a week of recovery. Exfoliation choices include microdermabrasion, oxygen polishing, dermal rejuvenation, enzyme peels and ultrasonic exfoliation.

Brow and lash work covers shaping, tinting, lamination and lash lifts. Waxing covers the face, brows, lip and chin, neck, underarms, bikini and legs, with specific guidance on hair length and on medications and sun exposure before a visit. Airbrush tanning is also offered.

A visit usually starts with arriving about 10 minutes early to check in and update paperwork. New guests complete a confidential medical questionnaire, and no service is performed without a detailed consultation first. Tools are cleaned with hospital-grade sterilants and virucides, and single-use items that cannot be sterilized are discarded after each client. Clients are asked to silence their phones during appointments.

The studio also carries Skin Sense Skin Solutions, a line of targeted products for aging, acne, sensitive and sun-damaged skin. Products are sold through an online store, and skin care products cannot be returned.

The studio pairs targeted treatments with a product line made for specific skin concerns, and every service begins with a consultation rather than a set treatment.
