Every new client begins with a consultation, where the team recommends treatments. The business puts education first, explaining the options so clients can choose with full information. The skin menu covers MonaLift RF, its signature skin tightening treatment using monopolar radiofrequency, which is often combined with bipolar RF and HIFU and customized each session. The program reviews products, diet and habits to look for causes and adjusts the plan at each visit. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian attends the first visit. Once acne is under control, microneedling and RF microneedling can help smooth acne scarring.

The wellness team offers hormone replacement therapy, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, which starts with a consultation, lab work and a plan adjusted through follow-up. Peptide therapy, sexual health care and medically guided weight loss are also available. Medical services are evaluated and prescribed by a licensed medical provider, and not every person is a candidate.

The Skin & Sculpt Club membership costs $79.95 per month on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract, plus a one-time $59 sign-up fee. It includes one monthly facial valued at $149, and unused months roll over. Members can add facial enhancements such as chemical peels, oxygen infusion, aquadermal infusion and microneedling, book up to three extra facials or body sculpting sessions per month at $55 each, receive 10% off one-off treatments, and get a monthly reward that does not roll over. Payment plans are available through Cherry, subject to approval, with 0% APR options for qualified applicants; checking eligibility uses a soft credit check that does not affect credit score. Clients can also pay half of a treatment plan up front and the balance later, discussed at consultation.
