Skin Script CLT

Skin Script CLT was founded in 2025 by Marissa Russo, a nurse practitioner, as a small medical aesthetics practice in Cornelius. The practice describes itself as clinician-led rather than commission-driven, and says it does not use sales pitches. Clients are adults aged 18 and older, of any skin type, and the practice welcomes both first-time and experienced aesthetics clients.

Services fall into three groups: injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal filler and Skinvive), laser resurfacing with the CO2 Hybrid Laser, and skin treatments that include BioRePeel chemical peels, microneedling, PRP/EZ Gel and skincare consultations. Chemical peels use BioRePeel. The practice also offers PDGF growth factor injections, which it describes as preferable to PRP because the product is filtered to reduce inflammation. Microneedling is not performed in combination with PRP. Skincare consultations lead to customized skincare recommendations.

A consultation is a paid visit, and the fee is applied toward a treatment booked the same day. Appointments can be booked online or by calling or texting. The practice is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with varied hours, Tuesday from 7am to 3pm, and Friday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed on weekends. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; late cancellations or missed appointments carry a $75 fee, and there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Major credit cards, Cherry financing and payment plans are accepted. Children and guests are allowed in the treatment room. Before-and-after photos are shared only with a client's permission. The practice notes that full results from Botox and Dysport typically appear within 10 to 14 days, and Botox results last about 3 to 4 months for most clients.
