The studio's approach looks past surface symptoms. For acne, the team considers skin history, lifestyle, barrier health, inflammation, current product use and long-term goals. Every facial is customized to skin type, concerns and goals, and energy healing sessions are one-on-one and shaped around each client.
A first visit begins with an in-depth skin analysis, followed by aftercare advice and a treatment plan that includes home care. Most clients are said to notice improvement after three to four treatments, and a series of six to ten treatments with home care is recommended for longer-lasting results. Facials are typically spaced every four to eight weeks, more often at first for persistent acne. The site notes that a temporary purging phase can occur early on as pores clear, and that extractions or a chemical peel may cause slight discomfort.
The signature acne offering is a 6-Month Acne Healing Program that combines in-studio treatments, DMK Skin Revision, education and home-care recommendations. New clients are directed to start with the First-Time Acne Consultation Facial, which can be booked online. Energy healing options include Reiki, sound healing, a crystal layout, guided meditation and an oracle card message, and these can be added to many facial treatments.
Booking and policy details: a valid credit card on file is required to book. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged the full service amount. No-shows without notice are charged 90% of the booked service. Pre-paid packages of 3, 6 or 12 services must be used within 3, 6 or 12 months and are not refundable. Service sales, retail sales and gift cards are final sale. Clients who are unwell are asked to stay home and reschedule.
