The Express Facial is a short 20-minute option, the Signature Facial runs 60 minutes and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage and a mask, and a Teen Facial is offered for clients 16 and under. Seasonal-style facials such as the Smores Facial and Pumpkin Resurfacing Facial are also on the menu. Peels are offered as a series, starting with a Cosmedix Peel Prep Facial that includes a home care kit, followed by a customized Advanced Peel or a herbal Deep Sea Peel that uses manual exfoliation. Peels that call for preparation come with specific instructions, such as stopping active skin care products beforehand.

Glo2Facial, a combination of three non-invasive technologies paired with natural ingredients, is offered as a facial and as a body treatment in small, medium and large areas. The spa says the results are immediate and long-lasting with no downtime. Add-ons can be paired with most facials, including an algae-based Hydrojelly Mask, LED light, dermaplaning, a cooling eye treatment, a lip treatment, gua sha massage and a scalp treatment.

Waxing uses Honeycomb Wax Co wax, which is vegan and suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. The spa describes its waxing as cruelty-free and as the closest a client can come to a pain-free experience. Services range from small areas such as nostrils and brows to full legs and full face.

Clients who are unsure where to start can book a 15-minute facial consultation for $25, or a 30-minute product consultation for $20 that is complimentary with a $50 purchase. New clients pay a $20 deposit that goes toward a first facial booked the same day. Personalized skin care recommendations are available by phone, text or email. The spa also offers a complimentary color matching consultation to help choose shades for the Arbonne Skin Tint and Foundation. Retail products can be picked up at the spa for free, or ordered through the official brand storefronts, with orders usually arriving within a week. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Products are chosen for being non-toxic and free of questionable ingredients and unnecessary fillers, and the spa uses non-toxic cleaning products as well as skincare products.
