The salon's stated aim is to give clients a relaxing visit and to help them feel more confident, using products and services chosen for the results they are meant to deliver.

The facial menu runs from a 75-minute Blemish Relief Facial, which can include blue LED, extractions or high-frequency as needed, to a Rage Against the Redness Facial that uses Hale & Hush products. Other options include a Microdermabrasion Facial, an Anti Ageing Facial with a specialized mask, a Dermaplane Facial, a 90-minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage Facial, and a Custom Chemical Peel for the face or body that starts at $125 and is chosen during the appointment. For hands and feet, the Really Good, Even Better and Very Best manicures and pedicures step up in length and extras such as paraffin, exfoliating scrub and hydrating mask. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be changed or cancelled by calling the salon. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled if it cannot be completed in the time left. A missed appointment counts as a no-show if the salon has not heard from the client within 15 minutes of the start time, and after more than two no-shows the salon may bar a client from booking or require a nonrefundable payment.
