The business blends holistic European and Ayurvedic techniques with science-backed products and technology. Products are chosen for quality and efficacy, and the business works with clean beauty brands that use vegan, cruelty-free ingredients. It also aims to cut down on disposable items and single-use plastics, which it presents as part of its sustainable approach to self-care.

Facials are the core of the menu: Sage Signature, Clear Skin Acne, Radiant Pro-Aging and Glass Skin, each a 50-minute treatment at $159, or $135 for members. The Sage Signature is a custom facial. Massage options include a 60-minute Swedish Serenity Massage at $145 and a 60-minute Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage at $155, or $135 for members. The Waterless Head Spa Scalp Therapy is a 30-minute heated-oil treatment at $89. The spa has no shampoo facilities, so clients leave with oiled hair and wash it at home. A seasonal 50-minute Cozy Cocoon Body Wrap is priced at $159.

Brow and lash services include shaping, tinting and lamination for brows, and tinting, lifting and extensions for lashes. The Eye Poppin' Package combines five of these brow and lash treatments in one visit. Sugaring covers face, body and an unlimited one-hour option. Neuromodulator injections are a prescription medication used cosmetically to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, take about 10 minutes, and generally last two to three months, varying by person. Clients are advised to avoid touching the face, heavy sweating, heat, sun, alcohol and over-the-counter NSAIDs for at least four hours afterward. The business does not offer cosmetic tattoos.

Memberships are month-to-month with no contract. Sage Signature Membership is $135 per month and includes a monthly credit for a signature facial, a 60-minute massage or a 60-minute sugaring session. Sage Signature Premier Membership is $199 per month and credits higher-end treatments such as a 75-minute Platinum Glow facial, microneedling or a 90-minute massage. Lash Extensions Membership is $150 per month and includes two lash refills. Members receive 10% off skincare, injectables, beauty and other spa services. Unused credits roll over for up to two months. Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead receive a full refund, those made with less notice receive 50%, and no-shows receive no refund. Gift cards can be sent as e-gift cards.

Treatments draw on holistic methods from European and Ayurvedic traditions, paired with products and technology that are backed by science. The emphasis is on clean, vegan and cruelty-free products.
