SkinRx Clinical was founded by Miso, a licensed esthetician, and operates as a women-only facility for both clients and team members. The clinic describes itself as Michigan's number one acne clinic and states that it has treated more than 3,000 clients. It also says it has trained more than 70 Algae Peel students and works with more than 20 brand partners.

Visits are one-on-one, with private consultation spaces and professional treatment rooms, and no shared spaces or waiting room consultations. The setting is focused and clinical rather than a social spa. The clinic is not a walk-in practice: booking is made through the Boulevard platform and treated as a commitment to a plan, and payment can be made through Cherry.

Each client's plan is built individually rather than from preset packages, starting with a skin consultation that covers history, past treatments, products in use, breakout patterns, lifestyle and goals. From there a structured protocol sets out treatments, their order, intervals and a home care routine, and it is adjusted across visits as progress is tracked. Structured programs require following the full protocol from start to finish, and clients are expected to keep up their home care.

Advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling and nanostamping, need a prescribed inhibitor in the home care routine before the appointment. Active ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide and vitamin C are stopped at least 5 to 7 days beforehand, and current products and any prescription topical or oral medication affecting skin sensitivity must be disclosed at booking. Clients not yet prepared have their advanced appointment rescheduled, and pre-treatment requirements are reviewed at the first consultation.

Beyond the clinical menu, the salon side covers brows, lashes, lip and facial hair waxing, threading and teeth whitening. Halal Brows shape the brow by lightening hairs outside the desired shape with bleach instead of removing them, and brow lamination results are stated to last about 4 to 6 weeks. Lash lift and tint results are stated to last about 6 to 8 weeks. Teeth whitening is a professional treatment for surface stains.

Treatment decisions follow clinical standards and evidence-based protocols, and the clinic says it does not offer treatments it cannot justify clinically. Product recommendations are made for clinical reasons rather than trends.
