The studio's treatments are called rituals, and they blend scientific knowledge with a calm setting. New clients complete an intake form and a skin consultation first. A consultation includes a close skin analysis under magnification, a review of lifestyle and health, a personalized plan, and guidance for care at home.

The Ultimate Ritual is a 75-minute customized facial with exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, massage, and a mask chosen for the skin's condition, and a first-time version is also offered. Nature's Microneedling Ritual uses Lira Clinical's Green Power bio-needling with sea sponge spicules, needs no needles or numbing, and requires at least one Ultimate Ritual before booking. Chemical peels include the Lira Clinical Smart Peel, the Lira Clinical Pure Peel, and an iS Clinical Prodigy Peel that requires a consultation first. Prices vary by esthetician; with Brooke, the Ultimate Ritual is $175 and Nature's Microneedling Ritual is $195.

Before a visit, clients are asked to stop exfoliating and active products for about a week, including retinol, scrubs, and dermaplaning, and to avoid waxing or shaving the treated area for five days before a facial. Waxing or threading should be scheduled at least a week away from facial treatments, and clients who have had Botox or filler should wait two weeks before a facial. Pregnant clients should mention it in booking notes, and clients on Accutane, or within six months of it, need a physician's clearance note before advanced resurfacing. Afterward, clients are advised to avoid direct sun and intense heat for a day or two and to use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.

The studio sells cleansers, serums, moisturizers, eye care, lip care, masks, and sunscreens, including Colorescience sun products. Free parking is available. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the reserved services is charged to the card on file. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the visit cannot be accommodated. Retail products, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable. A referral program and a points rewards program are also offered.

Treatments are built during each session around how the skin looks and behaves that day, and rituals pair facial massage with clinical treatments. The studio describes its approach as progressive rather than aggressive.
