It serves San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel and the wider Orange County area.

The same esthetician sees a client at every appointment rather than rotating staff. Each visit starts with an assessment of the skin's current condition. Treatment timelines are explained plainly, and when a treatment is not a good fit, clients are referred elsewhere, including to a dermatologist for cystic acne that needs prescription medication.

For a first visit, clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early and bring their current products or photos of them. When booking, clients disclose medications, recent treatments and health conditions. The spa carries a small range of medical-grade skincare for use at home and works with medical-grade products that have clean ingredients.

Care is delivered by one esthetician for every appointment, with the skin assessed at each visit. Treatments that are not suitable are referred to a dermatologist.
