Acne is a central focus. Acne Bootcamp begins with a consultation and skin analysis, followed by a product plan. The studio says acne has no cure and needs steady care, attention to triggers and diet sensitivities, and it states it can treat stubborn acne without prescriptions. Clients are typically started with an enzyme treatment before acne peels. The program generally involves about six products, roughly $200 in additional skincare, which the studio says are required for clear skin. Facials use professional grade products. Options range from a Teen Facial Reset aimed at breakouts, blackheads and excess oil, to an Express Dermaplane Facial, a K-Glow Reset Facial that blends Korean skincare with the studio's techniques, and a 120-minute anti-aging experience. That longer experience includes carboxy therapy, a V-Tox lift mask, red LED, scalp massage, an arm scrub and a foot massage with mask.

Chemical peels address pigmentation, acne and aging. A first-timer oxygen peel is followed by LED light therapy. Peels are usually booked as a series of at least four, three to four weeks apart, with more depending on how deep pigmentation or aging is. An oil-based KrX Cold Peel is offered for pigmentation and melasma and requires dermaplaning beforehand. Procell Microchanneling uses a single-use microchanneling tip with growth factor serum, and the studio describes it as having less downtime and less inflammation than traditional microneedling. Liquid microneedling with a Green Sea Peel is also available and contains no AHA or BHA.

Virtual skincare starts with a one-time fee, a questionnaire and three photos of bare skin before the call. Custom routines are sent within 24 to 48 hours after the call. A Virtual Acne Bootcamp begins with a call and includes check-ins every four weeks. Memberships come in two tiers: the Reset at $100 per month includes a 60-minute custom facial and 10% off other services, and the Rewind at $145 per month includes a 90-minute custom facial and 15% off.
