Visits are booked in 75-minute blocks, and the first 15 minutes are a consultation with an esthetician about skin concerns and goals. The spa is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the day, with Wednesday closing earlier. Monday and Saturday are by appointment only, and the spa is closed on Sundays.

The facial menu runs from a $89 results facial to a $169 Plantomer facial with a seaweed and propolis lift-off mask. Other options include the Oxygen Facial, which infuses oxygen with plant-derived stem cells, peptides and botanical enzymes, and the Custom Facial, which uses a serum the esthetician makes. Clinical treatments such as DermaGlow microdermabrasion, micro-channeling and vitamin A infusion are listed separately. The spa describes Perfect Peel as its deepest peel, used for acne, blackheads, wrinkles, scarring and hyperpigmentation.

Injectable services are provided by KMEDEX INK and include Botox, several Juvederm fillers and Kybella. The site states that Botox Cosmetic is approved for moderate to severe frown lines between the brows and crow's feet, and calls Juvederm the top-selling hyaluronic acid filler line in the US. Botox treatments can be banked during sales for later use.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal massage, with one-hour and 1.5-hour lengths. Memberships are also available: the Gold membership at $109 per month includes a 90-minute full body massage or a 60-minute facial, and the Platinum membership at $79 includes a 60-minute full body massage or a 30-minute result facial. Gift certificates are sold in store only.
