Treatments are planned around each client's skin. The business says it aims at the underlying causes of acne and hyperpigmentation rather than short-term fixes. New clients can start with a first-time facial and consultation, and new Acne Bootcamp clients begin with an 80-minute consult and treatment. Current Acne Bootcamp clients book shorter sessions, but only after a consultation.

Chemical peels are offered in levels. Level 1 needs no downtime and includes extractions and LED. Level 2 is for current clients and involves some downtime. Level 3 is for clients who have completed the first two levels. Clients who have been on Accutane must wait at least six months after stopping before Acne Bootcamp peel treatments, and peel clients are asked to have basic products such as a cleanser and sunscreen.

SkinPen microneedling starts at $300 and can be combined with a stem cell serum or a PDRN boost. Packages of three and six sessions save $100 and $250 respectively, with a deposit due at booking. According to the business, its SkinPen device is the only FDA-cleared microneedling device.

Booking is done through Gloss Genius. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% charge, while late cancellations, no-calls and no-shows are charged the full service. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes of lateness. Cards on file are not charged before the visit; payment is taken at the end. Cash App and Venmo are not accepted, Shop Pay offers payment plans for skincare products, and products are non-refundable. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM, and closed Monday and Saturday.
