The studio says no two clients should receive the same routine, so treatments are tailored to each client's skin. It also takes the view that skin care should work with the aging process rather than try to stop it.

The menu is grouped into facials, body facials, eyebrows, waxing, intimate waxing and memberships. Facials include an express dermaplane visit, a refresh facial, a classic facial, a custom facial built around one of dermaplane, microdermabrasion or nano-needling, a signature facial, a relaxation facial, and two pregnancy-focused options, the Mommy To Be facial and the Mommy Belly facial. Body facials include a back facial and a back facial with a fuller upper body massage. Waxing covers the face, underarms and bikini and Brazilian areas.

Clients book online or by phone, and a credit card is needed to hold an appointment. There is no waiting area, so clients are asked to wait outside until their appointment time. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $50 fee applies to late changes or arriving more than 15 minutes late.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, with the aim of helping clients feel their best and working with the aging process rather than against it.
