Facials are the core of the menu. New clients start with a Customized New Client Facial, a 75-minute first visit that begins with a skin analysis and a treatment plan, and is required for all first-time clients. From there, the studio offers named treatments such as a Signature Facial that combines consultation, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, serums, vitamins and customized masks, with non-invasive machines and LED lights. Other options include a dermaplaning facial, a clinical peel with glutathione that suits all skin types, a medical grade medium depth peel where visible peeling typically lasts about three to five days, and several HydraFacial tiers.

The studio also offers ProCell MicroChanneling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy, which uses a stamp method to create microscopic channels in the skin. It typically requires multiple sessions and a longer maintenance plan, and a membership is available for it. Memberships are offered more broadly, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Waxing is organized by body area, with a separate men's waxing menu covering options from a minimal trim to a full frontal tidy. A manscaping menu lists smaller grooming services for areas such as the back, chest, arms, legs and face. Clients are asked to have hair grown at least a quarter inch or 10 to 14 days before waxing, and to mention skin medications such as Retin-A, Accutane or topical prescription creams to their therapist beforehand. Skin care products are also sold.

New clients begin with a skin analysis and a treatment plan, and facial services are customized to the individual.
