The clinic was founded on the idea that aesthetic treatments should bring out who a person already is rather than change them. Its founder, Marcelly Achkar, leads the clinic as its lead aesthetic specialist and built her reputation across three clinics in Brazil before bringing that experience to the United States.

Every visit begins with a full assessment and photo documentation, and treatment plans are personalized to each client. The clinic's SkinPlace Method looks at aging across four areas: skin quality, volume, muscle activity and structural support.

The menu covers injectables such as Botox, fillers, Sculptra and thread lifts; radiofrequency and other technology-based treatments for tightening and contouring of the face, neck, eyes and body; facials and peels; hair treatments; body services; IV therapy; and peptide and vitamin protocols. Several packages bundle treatments together. According to the clinic, Ageless Club membership costs $149.90 per month with a three-month minimum and includes $170 in monthly credits, Botox at member pricing, one Skin Analyzer evaluation, priority scheduling and 10% off other treatments. Performance Club costs $299 per month, or $249 per month for founding members, with a six-month minimum; it includes monthly premium IV therapy, a consultation, monthly body composition analysis, bi-annual nutritional consulting, a personalized health plan, and discounts of 15% on peptides and vitamins, 10% on other treatments and 5% on skincare. Members also get access to the Skin Place app.

Treatment plans start with a comprehensive assessment and photo documentation, then are built around the individual client, following the clinic's four-part SkinPlace Method.
