Visits usually begin with a free consultation covering lifestyle, goals and skin concerns. For a facial, the first visit includes a 10 to 15 minute skin analysis by an esthetician, a 45 to 75 minute treatment and aftercare guidance. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, to stop retinol, AHAs and active exfoliants 48 hours before a facial, and to mention any recent laser, peel or injectable treatment. Treatment rooms are available, and a complimentary refreshment is offered during visits.

Services are grouped by skin concern, including acne, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, texture and scars, skin tightening and laser hair removal. The HydraFacial is a roughly 30 minute treatment with no downtime that cleanses, exfoliates and delivers serums, with LightStim LED and a choice of medical-grade boosters. Chemical peels are tailored to each client's skin type and goals, and can be combined with HydraFacials, laser treatments or microneedling.

Memberships are called The Good Skin Club and come in three monthly tiers, each with a three-month minimum and 10% off additional services and products. Membership starts after a complimentary consultation, in person at the Denver location or through the website. Payment plans are offered, including Cherry payment plans for popular treatments with pre-approval up to $10,000. Appointments can be booked online. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed Sundays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a $50 charge may be placed on the card on file.

Every facial begins with a skin analysis by an esthetician before any treatment is recommended, and treatment plans are tracked and adjusted as the skin changes.
