Laser hair removal is the main package-based service. It is sold by area or body region, including full face, Brazilian, half body and full body, and by number of areas from one to four. Packages come in groups of 8 or 12 sessions. The spa describes the outcome as a reduction in unwanted hair over multiple sessions rather than permanent removal. Touch-ups are priced per area.
Membership is open to new and existing clients and is non-transferable. Members receive member pricing on laser hair removal, including full body, half body and Brazilian packages, along with priority booking.
Clients booking services other than laser hair removal, facials, peels and IPL are scheduled for a Good Faith Exam with the in-house nurse practitioner. Informed consent is obtained before any treatment.
The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by phone at 404-228-7080, ideally at least 24 hours ahead. A $25 fee is charged to the card on file for cancellations under 24 hours, for no-shows, and for arriving more than 15 minutes late, which also requires rescheduling. Booking authorizes the spa to keep a card on file. Services are non-refundable, and treatments needed beyond the booked package are billed separately. Children are not expected at appointments, and pets are not permitted except registered service animals.
Treatments are delivered under physician oversight, with informed consent obtained before treatment and a Good Faith Exam for clients booking non-laser services.
