Skin Luxe Intuitive

Skin Luxe is based in Intuitive Wellness Lounge at 7139 Hopkins Road in Mentor. The business describes the lounge as a calm place to restore the mind and body, and as a safe, inclusive space for everyone.

The facial menu is built around HydraFacial treatments, from a 45-minute HydraFacial to the 1 hour 30 minute HydraFacial LUXE, which adds dermaplaning, a bespoke masque and neck, shoulder and facial massage. Other options include dermaplaning facials with steam and massage, an Intuitive Custom Facial with two customized masques, a teen facial for ages 13 to 17, and an Acne HydraFacial for acne-prone skin that includes blue LED light and an oxygen pore masque. Dermaplaning can be booked alone or with a facial, and can be paired with a brow, chin or neck wax. A chin wax is also offered on its own. A LightStim LED add-on is available for 15 minutes. Listed prices run from $20 for a chin wax to $240 for the HydraFacial LUXE, with several services listed as starting prices.

Makeup application is offered for special occasions and photo sessions, such as family photos, engagement photos and headshots, and as a separate option for teens preparing for high school dances or senior pictures. It is not a makeup lesson and not bridal makeup; lessons are booked separately.

Experience Intuitive is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not taken. Appointments canceled 24 hours or less in advance are charged 50% of the service price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full cost. HydraFacial treatments require clients to stop retinol, tretinoin and other topical facial medication for 48 hours before and after, and clients on Accutane cannot book them. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are asked to speak with their OB-GYN before booking HydraFacial services. Hours on the booking site are Monday 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday 10:30 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 to 8:30 pm, Thursday 5:00 to 8:30 pm, Friday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, with Wednesday and Sunday closed. Gift cards are sold on the booking site.
