A first visit starts with a conversation with a Skin Laundry expert about skin concerns and goals, and a private photo is taken to track progress over time. Treatments are performed by Skin Laundry experts, and consultations may be led by a registered nurse or a laser specialist. Treatments are followed by a customized medical-grade serum chosen for the client's concerns. The business says its treatments take under an hour and involve little to no social downtime.

The facial menu includes Signature Laser Facial, which the business calls its signature treatment. It uses infrared light beneath the skin's surface, takes about 15 minutes and is typically repeated on a 10-day cycle. Aftercare includes daily SPF 30 or higher, reapplied every two hours, gentle cleansing twice a day, and skipping physical exfoliation and active ingredients such as vitamin C, vitamin A and glycolic acid for 24 hours.
