The Signature Laser Facial is the business's original first-time treatment. It uses infrared light beneath the skin's surface, takes about 15 minutes and has no downtime beyond possible social downtime.
A first visit begins with a consultation with a skin expert, who talks through concerns and goals and builds a customized treatment plan. After a first Signature Laser Facial, a registered nurse or laser specialist assesses the skin's response and designs the plan. For Sculpting Facials, the business recommends six treatments every ten days followed by monthly maintenance.
Injectables include Wrinkle Relaxer, which uses Botox or Xeomin, and SkinTox, a micro-needling treatment that delivers neuromodulator microdoses. Peels and neck and chest extensions round out the range.
Laundry Club memberships are offered in tiers from Prevent & Protect at $150 a month, which includes one Signature Laser or Resurfacing Facial, up to All the Glow at $550 a month, which covers all facials, neck and chest treatments, enhancements and peels. Correct & Maintain is $250 a month, Refine & Enhance $380, and Glow Together $450 shared between two people. Teen Acne is $250 a month for clients aged 13 to 20. Members receive 50% off enhancements, neck and chest treatments and peels, 20% off in-clinic products, 40% off sculpting facial and laser hair removal packages, and 30% off SkinTox. Members are enrolled automatically in the Laundry Token Loyalty Program, and cancellations and freezes require seven calendar days' notice before the billing date.
