Microneedling is done with the EPMicroPen, a collagen-induction treatment that the business offers for acne scarring, uneven texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and hyperpigmentation. A consultation is required before this treatment, and a three-session package is available. Body and intimate lightening are booked as single individual treatments, and a home-care kit at $160 is recommended for maintenance afterward; the kit is not included in the treatment price. Waxing includes new-client and returning-client Brazilian services, a Brazilian paired with a vajacial, and a full face wax.

Skin care products can be bought in person by scheduling a visit, and the deposit goes toward the purchase. Gift vouchers start at $50 and must be paid for in the office.

Most bookings take a deposit, usually between $25 and $100, and deposits are non-refundable. Changes should be requested at least 24 hours ahead. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM.
