The studio describes itself as a skincare sanctuary offering bespoke treatments alongside retail, and its intimate space is set up around a personal, custom experience.

Every visit is by appointment. New clients book a 15-minute First Time Client Consultation along with their facial, listed at no charge, which covers a skin analysis and a review of skin history, current routine, lifestyle and goals, with extractions included when needed. Skincare consultations can be held in the studio or by video, at $75, a fee waived with a product purchase. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes carry a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Clients are asked to stop retinoids one to two days before HydraFacials or chemical peels.

The Signature 75 (75 minutes, $250) and Signature 100 (100 minutes, $350) are customized facials built around facial massage, including neck, decollete and shoulder work, with extractions and no add-on charges. Longer appointments allow more enhancements, which are chosen to suit each client's skin. Enhancements include HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED therapy, LED hand gloves, cryotherapy, Rezenerate Nanofacial, Face Reality peels, cupping and sculpting massage, and scalp and hand massage. Dermaplaning is also available as a 20-minute add-on for $50, using a DermaplanePro butter blade.

Treatments for specific concerns include the Clear Skin Facial, a 60-minute acne treatment at $150 with extractions, an enzyme mask, and high frequency and blue light LED. The Bright Skin Facial, $150, pairs a glycolic acid peel with LED for dullness, uneven tone and mild discoloration, and belongs to The PIGMENT Edit series. Clarify Peel ($175) uses salicylic and mandelic acids for acne-prone, oily skin and acne scarring. Transform Peel ($350) is a Jan Marini multi-acid peel for existing clients, with visible peeling for three to five days and full downtime of seven to ten days, and skin must be prepped beforehand. Microchanneling ($350, about two hours) uses a pen with surgical-grade steel filaments and is typically recommended as three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Cell Story Liquid Microneedling, $350, is an alternative for clients with active acne.

The studio sells skincare from Anfisa, Deviant Skincare, DMK, Face Reality, Glymed Plus, Jan Marini, Lumion, Omnilux, Skin Better Science and its own Skin Junkies line, along with tools such as an Omnilux LED mask and towels. Online shipping is free on US orders over $250. eGift cards come in $150, $200, $250, $300 or a custom amount, while physical gift cards can only be bought in the studio.

Routines and facials are built around each client's skin and the concerns they bring in, with enhancements chosen to suit their skin.
