The menu covers customized facials, a Hydrafacial, acne programs, SkinPen microneedling and several peels. The Skin Journey Facial is a 90-minute treatment with a double cleanse, dermaplaning, tailored exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask and massage of the face, neck, shoulders, hands and arms. The Essential Glow Facial is a 60-minute option focused on gentle correction and hydration, and the Dermaplane Facial is a one-hour treatment with a double cleanse, exfoliation and a hydrating mask.

For acne, the Clear Path program is a Face Reality program that runs at least three months with bi-weekly visits and a home-care routine that is required. Its first step, the Clear Path Acne Consultation + Treatment, includes a full consultation, a personalized home-care plan, extractions and blue LED light. Clients who prefer no long-term commitment can book the Acne Reset Treatment, a single facial with customized exfoliation, extractions, high-frequency therapy and blue LED light.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm; the spa is closed Monday and Sunday. Appointment changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice and are made by phone or email. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, based on the service booked. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled session, and the full service fee may still apply.

A complementary 45-minute consultation with an aesthetician, at no charge, covers skin concerns, goals and a treatment plan that fits the client's budget. A 30-minute virtual skincare consultation by video, with a skin analysis and custom regimen plan, is also available for $25.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, and consultations set a plan around skin concerns, goals and budget.
