Skin Image Studio is a Fort Worth studio owned and run by licensed esthetician Krys Williams. New clients begin with a virtual skin consultation before booking an in-person visit, and facials run a minimum of one hour, with add-on services extending the appointment.

Treatments are built around collagen induction. The core advanced services are CellStory Liquid Microneedling, ProCell Therapies Microchanneling, and a Mixi Peel combined with ProCell Microchanneling. Microchanneling is described by the studio as a noninvasive procedure that stimulates the skin's own collagen and elastin production. It is listed for acne and acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, rosacea, uneven texture, large pores and hair growth stimulation. Redness typically lasts 24 to 48 hours afterward, and most clients have the treatment without numbing cream. The studio says Microchanneling offers long-lasting results with little to no downtime. It is discouraged for people who are pregnant or nursing and for people with a stainless steel allergy.

For multi-session goals, the studio offers 4-treatment series of CellStory and ProCell Microchanneling, and a FACTORFIVE Renew Dermal Solution series listed for fine lines, enlarged pores, sun damage, sagging skin and scar tissue. Each series is valid for four months. The studio says its ProCell series saves over $800 and includes two complimentary enhancements and after-care serums with each treatment. Add-on after-care serums are listed at $62 each for Microchanneling.

The Mixi Acne Program pairs clinical-grade products chosen for the type of acne with monthly treatments that include blue LED light therapy. It requires a home care routine, and clients receive a written daily routine plus email support between appointments. The program has a six-month minimum at $165 per month.

Membership costs $150 per month with a twelve-month minimum commitment. It includes one custom facial a month, priority booking and early access to new services and products, 10% off chemical peels, advanced treatments, facial enhancements and in-studio retail, and member-only promotions. A custom skincare regimen is purchased separately.

Booking terms are firm. Appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Reschedules are free at least 48 hours ahead by replying to the confirmation email, up to three times per service. No-call no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price, and clients with three or more late cancellations within six months are removed from future booking. Clients must keep a card on file, and guests are only welcome if they are also receiving a treatment. Products are final sale. Clients are asked to stop exfoliation and retinol-type actives at least five days before a treatment.

The website includes an acne ingredient checker that scans a pasted product list for pore-clogging ingredients, and the booking page accepts Pay with Affirm. Gift cards can be personalized and scheduled for a delivery date, and they never expire.

Each client gets a customized plan and personalized recommendations at every visit, since the studio does not treat skin as one-size-fits-all.
