Skin House is a boutique skincare studio on Arden Way in Sacramento. Founder Shirin built the studio around facials that are adjusted to each client's skin needs and concerns, and the studio describes its treatments as advanced.
The menu leans on device-based facials. Ultrasonic cleansing uses a device with a comedone extractor, double-steam cleansing and a serum and mask, while the hydro facial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction when appropriate, hydration and LED light. LED is also paired with microcurrent, radio frequency, or an oxygen facial. A European facial adds massage of the neck, shoulders and décolleté, and microdermabrasion offers surface exfoliation with tailored skincare.
Booking is done online through the Book Now button by choosing an open time. New clients complete a consent form before an appointment is reserved. No deposit is taken online, and payment is made in full at the salon at the visit. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice; later changes are charged at half the service cost, and same-day cancellations or no-call no-shows are charged in full. Prices are shown as ranges, and the price displayed on each service page applies. The studio notes that its facials are cosmetic and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
