Skin Heaven is a spa in Fairhaven where facials are the main focus, alongside back and belly treatments for expectant mothers, lash services, waxing, hand care and makeup. Makeup is done in the spa, and on-location makeup is available for an added travel fee.

New facial clients start with a complimentary 15-minute skin consultation, which must be booked with their first facial. It includes an online consent form, an in-person intake form, and a review of skin concerns and current skincare routine. Customized chemical peels also require a consultation first, and they come with pre-care, post-care and sun protection instructions. The business notes that peels are not suitable for everyone.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial with cleanse, exfoliation, custom mask and finishing products, to a 60-minute customized facial with extractions and high frequency where needed. Other options include a seasonal pumpkin facial, a relaxation facial with crystals, gua sha and a sound bath, a facial with LED light therapy and hand and arm massage, an acne-focused treatment with cryo globe massage, and a Botox Facial, a 90-minute anti-aging facial that does not include Botox. Add-ons such as cryo globes, LED light therapy, Nano Infusion and a hot stone massage can be added to any facial.

Lash services include classic, mega classic, hybrid and volume full sets, plus fills booked at one, two or three weeks after the last set or fill. Fills need at least 40% of existing extensions remaining and cannot be done over another technician's work. Lash extension removal and a full set should be booked on separate days. Waxing covers the face, body and legs, with a full leg wax priced from $75.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 8 AM to 4 PM, Thursday 11:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and later changes are charged 25% of the service to the card on file. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts, can be emailed on a chosen date, and are final once sold.

The business says it aims to give clients both relaxation and visible results.
