Opening hours are closed on Mondays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays, and 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sundays.
Booking requires a deposit of 30% of the service price. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once to a later appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a cancellation inside that window forfeits the deposit.
Clients get a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If running late, message ahead to ask whether the appointment can be moved. Cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted, and tap payments carry a small processing fee. Every new client must submit a consent form before a service, which is only required at the first visit.
