The spa's stated mission is to help clients love their skin. Visits are meant to be restful as well as educational, so clients leave with an understanding of how to look after their skin at home. Treatments use medical-grade skincare products.
The menu runs from add-ons such as high-frequency and LED light therapy to facials that range from a CryoFacial for sensitive skin to a HydroGlow that combines hydrodermabrasion, oxygen and cryotherapy. PCA chemical peels form their own group and cannot be booked online; clients email the spa to ask about them. Retinol must be stopped 3 days before most facials and 10 days before a chemical peel.
Each visit is planned around the client's skin and concerns, with treatment paired with guidance on home care so routines are easy to follow.
