The business is open Saturdays from 11 AM to 6 PM and Sundays from 5 PM to 8 PM, and it is closed Monday through Friday. The cancellation policy is 24 hours. Cancellations can be made by call or text at any time of day, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a missed appointment counts as a no-show. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 20 percent of the service total.
Spa parties bring a group facial experience to guests, with options from a glow facial party to a bridal party that includes a full luxury facial for the bride. Each party starts at a minimum of four guests, and travel fees are based on distance: $20 within 10 miles, $35 for 10 to 20 miles and $50 beyond 20 miles. The VIP Red Carpet party requires every guest to sign waivers and full payment two weeks before the event.
Regular clients can use memberships and packages. A 12-month facial membership is $79 a month, lets members choose a custom facial or another facial, and has no add-on fees for modalities; cancelling requires 30 days notice. The Brazilian waxing membership is a buy-three-get-one arrangement billed every six weeks, and there is a buy-two-get-two Brazilian package. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The online shop sells packages, memberships and gift cards.
