Injectable options include neurotoxins from several brands (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify and Letybo), hyaluronic acid dermal fillers from Restylane, RHA and Belotero, and biostimulators such as Radiesse, which the practice says build volume gradually over three to four months. Platelet-rich plasma treatments include Cellenis Derma PRP, platelet-rich fibrin, and DE|RIVE hair restoration, a plant-based scalp system that can be done in the office or taken home for 30 days. Neurotoxin treatment areas commonly include the area between the brows, the eyes and the forehead, and specialty areas listed include brow lift, chin dimpling, gummy smile, lip flip, TMJ and facial slimming, and excessive sweating.

For skin, the facial menu includes HydraFacial, chemical peels and medical facials built on ZO Skin Health and NEOVA SmartSkinCare products, with hypercustomized versions that add boosters. Laser and energy options include Clarity II laser hair removal, Clarity II laser revitalization with LUMECCA IPL, ECO2 laser rejuvenation in non-ablative and ablative forms, Agnes RF for tightening and lifting, and Morpheus8 with Cool Comfort Technology, a radiofrequency microneedling treatment for the face, neck and body. Omnilux LED light therapy is also offered, which the business describes as non-invasive with no downtime.

Women's wellness treatments use the EmpowerRF platform: Morpheus 8V, Forma V and V Tone, for intimate health and pelvic floor concerns. Wellness services include IV therapy, vitamin injections, B-12 shots, NAD+ injections, lipotropic shots, peptide therapy, Japanese Yubi Head Spa in three levels, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) based on clinical evaluation and lab testing, and a medically supervised weight loss program using semaglutide or tirzepatide.

Membership plans bundle recurring services. FIRMFIX Neurotoxin Membership is $169 a month and includes one neurotoxin treatment every three months. Gold is $149, Platinum $199 and Diamond $249 a month, with tiered retail and microneedling discounts, reduced neurotoxin unit pricing and monthly B-12 shots. BHRT membership is $299 a month. Hormone and peptide consultations carry a $50 fee that includes a health history review and lab coordination. Complimentary in-person consultations are offered for aesthetic and skincare services, and pricing for other services is given at consultation.

Booking details: online booking requires a credit card and a $50 deposit applied to the service. Clients receive an invitation to a patient portal and complete paperwork beforehand. Medical clearance and a medical history questionnaire are required before medical treatments. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and later changes or missed visits may incur a $50 fee. Deposits and charges are generally non-refundable. The practice accepts cash, debit and credit cards and CareCredit, but not commercial or government insurance. A referral credit of $50 applies after a referred friend completes a first visit. The office is closed Mondays, open Tuesday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm by appointment every other Saturday.

Treatment plans are individualized, with an emphasis on natural-looking results, safety and precision, and the practice commits to ongoing education in aesthetic medicine. Peptide therapies are described as provider-guided and not FDA-approved.
