The acne program begins with a consultation that looks at skin and acne type, possible triggers and sensitivity, and ends with product recommendations. Treatments are scheduled every two weeks and open with a cleanse and a mild chemical peel or enzyme treatment, with extractions included. Clients are also given a recommended home care routine, which must use only Face Reality products. Acne products are not part of the consultation price; the studio lists the first set at about $100 to $150, lasting roughly three months. The studio describes an expected timeline of three to four months, usually six to eight services.
Beyond acne, facial services are aimed at anti-aging, rosacea, sun damage, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, fine lines, scarring and skin preparation for a wedding.
Memberships run on one monthly fee with no joining fee or hidden costs, from a single 30-minute Bar Facial each month up to weekly Bar facials or a monthly full-length treatment room facial with massage. The studio also sells skincare through an online store, sells gift certificates, and is hiring estheticians, offering training to newly licensed ones.
