Clients are advised not to shave or tweeze between appointments. A card on file is required to book and is only charged for a late cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours, or for a no-show. Appointments may be forfeited if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and refunds are not given; unhappy clients are asked to say so so the studio can try to make it right. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday with varying hours and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
