Skin Elevé is a medical spa at Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Chatsworth. The menu is grouped into collagen stimulators such as PRP/PRF, microneedling, exosomes, PRF under-eye and face injections and Sculptra; facial enhancements; facials; injectables; laser hair removal; skin health; and hair restoration. Facials run 55 to 90 minutes, from Skin Refresh at $220 to the 90-minute Skin Opulence Oxylight facial at $390. Laser hair removal is priced by area, from $25 for small spots such as the unibrow to $550 for full body. Botox is charged per unit, and Sculptra is $795 per vial. The spa says it combines technology, clinical-grade skincare and treatment plans personalized to each client, and that its providers are highly trained in medical aesthetics and that it invests in ongoing provider education.

Some details to know before booking. Neck and décolleté add-ons need to be requested at booking so enough time is set aside. Laser hair removal begins with a SkinTel melanin reader that measures each client's skin melanin. The spa states its laser machines are FDA approved and suitable for skin types I through VI, and notes that results vary by person. Payment plans are available through glow now, pay later financing, Cherry plans with a soft credit check, and CareCredit. Prepaid packages and gift cards are also sold.

The VIP membership costs $250 a month with a six-month commitment. Members receive 15% off single-session treatments (excluding hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra and Tox), 10% off prepaid packages and skincare products, and 5% off HA fillers and Sculptra. Tox is $11 per unit for members with no minimum. Members also get a complimentary Skin Refresh facial in their birthday month, can roll over unused membership funds for up to four months, and can take part in a referral program.

The spa describes its approach as subtle, natural and minimalist, non-invasive, and tailored to each person, with a stated focus on ethics, honest beauty, innovative treatments and self-care.
