Most visits can start with a free skin analysis, which takes about 15 minutes and is used to identify the steps best suited to a client's skin type. The Signature Facial follows the same pattern: an analysis, then a conversation about the client's skin care goals and concerns, over 60 minutes. The Five Star Facial is a longer 90-minute option that includes masking of the face, neck and décolleté, dermaplaning, a papaya enzyme treatment and peptide eye masks. Dermaplaning can also be added to any facial or booked alone.

Peels and microneedling make up a large part of the treatment menu. The lactic acid Pumpkin Peel is listed for fine lines, hyperpigmentation and uneven texture. The Vitamin A Peel is offered for cell renewal, acne and acne scars, fine lines, texture and collagen production. Microneedling is described as a collagen induction treatment for acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores and hyperpigmentation, and it is also sold in packages of three or six sessions. Neck and décolleté add-ons are available for both peels and microneedling. Silhouette RX is a non-invasive option for fat reduction and skin tightening.

Lash services include hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions. According to the salon, extension sets are custom fitted to each client's natural lashes to aim for good retention and to avoid damaging them, and the mega volume style needs healthy natural lashes. Most clients come in monthly for lash fills. Lash lift and tint services are also offered, with results the salon says last 6 to 8 weeks, and eyebrow waxing and tinting complete the brow menu.

Deposits are required for most services, with a $25 deposit for new clients on the Signature Facial and Bacne-BE-Gone Back Care and a $50 deposit for new clients on the Five Star Facial. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
