Diane describes her goal as helping each client feel more comfortable and confident in their skin. The menu is built around facials, from a gentle teen facial for ages 10 to 13 through enzyme, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and peptide and oxygenating treatments, up to the SWITCH dermal rejuvenation facial. Peels, waxing, brow and lash services, and custom spray tans round out the list. Facials are made with Circadia Skincare products.

New clients can book a free 15-minute consultation to talk through their skin, goals and lifestyle. Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page, and questions can be sent to Diane through a contact form on the booking site. The 75-minute custom facial requires a consultation before booking, and it ends with a head, arm and lower-leg massage. A 15-minute massage can be added to any facial for $25.

Waxing uses hard wax for most areas to reduce irritation and discomfort, with a soft wax roller used on the legs for lower body services. The studio asks clients to allow at least 4 to 6 weeks of hair growth before a waxing visit. Cancellations carry a 50% fee, and clients are asked to tell the studio as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Facials are tailored to individual skin needs, and the custom facial begins with a consultation so treatments can be matched to each client. Services are chosen with the client's skin, goals and lifestyle in mind.
