Skin Craft is a facial studio at The Beauty Bungalows on Adams Avenue in Huntington Beach, run by esthetician Alyssa Fries. Because Alyssa works as a solo practice, each client sees the same person from start to finish rather than rotating between staff.

The menu is built around facials. Standard options include an Express Facial, a Signature Renewal and an Ultimate Renewal, plus a Dermaplane Facial, a Luxe Lift and an Oxygen Rx Facial. There is also a Teen Facial for ages 14 to 17 and a set of Acne Boot Camp treatments aimed at breakouts. The studio's facials are described as addressing dermaplaning, anti-aging, acne care, dullness, fine lines and breakouts.

A first visit is a good way to start. A First Timer Client Deal facial is offered at $110 for new clients, down from the usual $160. It combines a double cleanse, a custom exfoliant, lymphatic facial massage, gua sha, a custom mask with cool globe therapy, oxygen and serum infusion, a 10-minute LED treatment, and finishing serums and moisturizer.

For clients who want ongoing care, the studio has monthly memberships and packages. Memberships include 10% off products and enhancements. Acne Boot Camp packages of six or eight treatments include progress tracking and ongoing skin coaching.

The studio is open Sunday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and is closed on Saturdays. Booking requires a credit card, which covers cancellation, no-show and day-of payment. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arrivals are held for 15 minutes past the appointment time, after which the visit counts as a no-show. Extra guests are only allowed if agreed with the esthetician in advance. Enhancements are listed on the booking site rather than on the website.

Treatments are shaped around each client's skin needs and are influenced by Circadia's philosophy of working with the body's circadian rhythms.
