Every visit begins with an assessment of the client's goals, skin barrier, sensitivity, current routine and any contraindications. Treatments are then built around that information and the client's comfort level, rather than a fixed menu. Heather pairs treatments with homecare direction and realistic next steps. New or unsure clients are asked to start with a free Skin Strategy Session, a roughly 15-minute conversation that helps match them to a service path. Returning clients can book any service directly through Vagaro.

The menu covers several groups: custom and specialty facials ranging from a 30-minute mini peel facial to a 100-minute signature facial, skin treatments including 2B Bio Beauty liquid microneedling, a multi-session pro-aging renewal path, KPS Slimsagé body rituals, and monthly memberships. The 2B Bio Beauty liquid microneedling is a cosmetic spicule-based treatment, not traditional medical microneedling. Clients on a 2B series of three to six sessions are asked to use 2B Homecare between appointments and receive 20 percent off it for the length of the series. Results depend on skin type, consistency with homecare and individual factors, and the studio does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients with active medical skin conditions are asked to speak with a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

Skin Cove customizes each treatment around the client's goals, sensitivity, skin barrier, current routine and comfort level, and recommends 2B treatments only when the skin is ready for them.

Appointments take place in a private treatment room in a suite inside Image Studios.
