The spa focuses on acne-prone, sensitive, and aging skin. Every visit starts with a consultation to narrow down the right treatment for the client's skin type and concerns, and each facial ends with product recommendations for home care. The Advanced Korean Anti-Aging Facial comes in three levels, from $249 for one hour, with extractions included at every level. Level one pairs cold plasma with electromagnetic muscle toning, which the spa says supports collagen and circulation. Level two adds dermaplaning or hydrodermabrasion, and level three adds microcurrent. LED is complimentary and optional with all three levels.

For a longer session, the Skin Confident Facial with Claudia runs two hours at $549 and combines cold plasma, dermaplaning or hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent, LED, and ProCell microchanneling. The ProCell Microchanneling Facial is a one-hour treatment listed at $300, described as non-invasive with little to no downtime, and it is not recommended during active acne. A 55-minute ProCell option for the face and neck is listed at $399. Peels include the one-hour Get Glowing Peel at $230, built on resorcinol, salicylic acid, and kojic acid and usually done as a series of four to six sessions three weeks apart, and Environ Cool Peels at $249, which are low-temperature, low-pH peels that the spa says suit sensitive or mature skin.

The Skin Confident Acne Program combines studio treatments every two weeks with a tailored Ogham Skincare regimen for home use, plus coaching. Enrollees also receive guidance on lifestyle and nutrition, and meet with the esthetician every two weeks for check-ins. Home-care products recommended for the program must be bought before it begins. Clients who have taken oral isotretinoin need to have stopped it for at least six months beforehand, and topical retinoids such as Retin A should be discontinued two weeks before treatments. A stand-alone acne treatment lasts 30 minutes and costs $99. The Acne Program Consultation and Cleaning Facial runs 1 hour 30 minutes for $249 and includes a consultation, a deep cleansing facial, and a skin sensitivity test.

Brow services start at $25 and take 15 minutes or more. HD brow tinting uses custom-blended dyes applied around the brow to pick up fine hairs, and HD brow lamination, called BrowSculpt, is a corrective treatment that holds brow position for up to six weeks. Lash lift and lash tint services start at $30 and take 30 minutes or more. The Elleebana Lash Lift curls natural lashes with a chemical process and does not use extensions.

Treatments are chosen after a consultation based on skin type and concerns, with home-care product recommendations included, and the stated aim is helping clients feel more confident in their skin.
