The studio is owned and run by Samantha Dado, who decided in 2008 to build her career in skincare. She has worked in both spa and medical spa settings, is a licensed aesthetician, and says she keeps up with industry trends and continues her education.

New clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early to complete an intake form. The New Client Facial with Consultation runs 70 minutes and combines a customized signature facial with a skin analysis and product advice. The signature facial is adjusted to skin type and goals and may include a gentle peel or dermabrasion along with an upper body massage.

Signature offerings include the Doll Code Luxe Nanoneedle facial, which adds nanoneedling and LED light therapy, and the Collagen Code microneedling treatment for the face, neck, body and stretch marks. Clients can add exosomes, PDRN or peels to microneedling. Packages, a monthly facial membership and a virtual consultation are also available.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full price.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin type and goals, with skin analysis and product guidance built into the first visit. A virtual consultation lets clients begin the conversation from home.
