Session lengths vary by treatment. The Express Dermaplane takes 30 minutes, the Teen Facial is 45 minutes and its price depends on how many extractions are needed, and the Collagen Renewal Facial runs 75 minutes and combines radio frequency skin tightening with microcurrent. Nano Needle Infusion, a microneedling treatment, takes 75 minutes, requires an initial facial first, and is not offered during active acne or pregnancy. A dermaplane can be added to it for $15. Chemical peels are professional-grade PCA peels of light to medium depth, take about 30 minutes, and require a facial at the salon at least four weeks beforehand; light flaking can follow for two to seven days.

Booking requires a $25 deposit, or $50 for the Custom Facial & Back Facial package. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made with 48 hours' notice are free, while same-day cancellations carry a 50% fee payable before rebooking, and arriving 15 minutes late may shorten or change the visit or trigger that same fee. Clients who do not call and do not show up cannot rebook. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and are final sale. The studio is open Monday from 11 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday from 12:30 to 8 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday.
