Clients can book all services online. A first visit starts with a skin scan using a professional scanner, a conversation about goals, and a personalized treatment plan. Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid exfoliation, tanning and waxing for 48 hours and to arrive with clean skin free of makeup. Facial and treatment sessions run from 30 to 60 minutes. Cancellations and no-shows with short notice are charged a fee of half the service price to the card on file, and all sales are final for hygiene reasons.

The menu covers facials, facial add-ons, body therapies, Candela laser treatments, brow and lash services, permanent makeup, and manicures and pedicures. Clients can request a specific esthetician when booking, subject to availability. The salon says its estheticians and therapists are Eastern European professionals with over three years of experience each, and it states that its staff have received awards and recognition.

Membership costs $29 per month with a four-month minimum commitment, after which members can cancel at any time. Members receive 20% or more off services and add-ons, 5% cash back on purchases, a $20 referral credit for each new client referred, and 10% off Christina skincare products. Member discounts also apply to body therapies, laser rejuvenation and permanent makeup.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sunday hours available on request. Gift cards can be bought online in chosen amounts, sent by email or mail, or bought as physical cards at the studio, and they can be redeemed online or in person.
