Appointments can be booked by phone or through the Vagaro app, and a credit card is kept on file to hold them. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service cost, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full cost. Anyone planning a peel is asked to book a consultation first so the esthetician can choose the right one, and peels need preparation and aftercare. The studio is open Thursday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday, and is closed Sunday through Wednesday.

Most facials include a hot stone massage for the neck and shoulders. The menu runs from a 45-minute lunchtime Glow & Go facial with a customized peel and LED therapy to a 90-to-120-minute Signature Deluxe Facial with three modalities chosen by the esthetician. Acne-focused facials are offered, and the Teen Facial is for clients 18 and under. Peels include Vitabrite, Lactic Clear, Sal Pulp and Green Herb options, and every peel includes microcurrent and LED treatment.

Waxing is offered on the face, body, bikini area and men's areas. Hair needs to be at least a quarter inch long before an appointment. According to the salon, most waxing appointments should be spaced four to six weeks apart. Gentle exfoliation can begin three days after a session, and SPF is advised if the skin will be in direct sun for more than an hour afterward. The salon states that its bikini waxing has earned the Best of the Bay title repeatedly over the years, and it describes its hair removal as award-winning.
